Notice is hereby given that in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7:00 o’clock p.m. on the 3rd day of January, 2022, the Council of the City of Sutherland,
Iowa, will hold a hearing to authorize the City of Sutherland to enter into a Contract with
Noah’s Ark Daycare, Inc. and Convey Real Estate Owned by the City of Sutherland for the sum of One Dollar and no/100 ($1.00), to wit
Lot Six (6), Block Four (4), Original Town of Sutherland, Iowa.
Said deed provided to Noah’s Ark Daycare, Inc. shall be a Restrictive Warranty Deed ensuring that this parcel continues to serve its designated public purpose as a playground area for the local daycare.
THIS NOTICE is given by order of the Council of the City of Sutherland, Iowa.
