Pursuant to the requirements of Article 22, Section 22 of the Paullina Zoning Ordinance the Paullina City Council is proposing to meet to review a proposed rezoning request. The proposed rezoning is for a parcel of land lying in the Harker and Greene’s 1st ADD Blocks 9-10, O’Brien County, Iowa, containing .69 acres more or less. The Paullina City Council will conduct a public hearing on the proposed rezoning on December 6, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at Paullina City Hall, 127 S Main Street. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for the rezoning from (R1) – Residential to (GI) General Industrial for property owned by Rene Johnson.
