O’Brien County Public Health Press Release
O’Brien County Public Health has received 600 doses of the Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. Several mass vaccination clinics will be set up over the next week to help distribute the vaccine. Additional doses of the Moderna vaccine will also be arriving early next week. Online pre-registration is required. There is limited amount of vaccine available.

– April 10 (Saturday): O’Brien County Courthouse, 155 S Hayes Ave., Primghar, IA 51245
– Vaccine: Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine (single-dose)
– April 12 (Monday): Crossroads Pavilion Event Center, 301 34th Ave., Sheldon, IA 51201
– Vaccine: Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine (single-dose)
– Vaccine: Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine (1st Dose)
– Individuals that select to receive the Moderna vaccine will be informed during their appointment when they need to return for their second dose.
– April 15 (Thursday): Crossroads Pavilion Event Center, 301 34th Ave., Sheldon, IA 51201
– Vaccine: Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine (single-dose)

Eligibility: Individuals 18 years of age and greater that would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine are eligible to sign-up.
