NOTICE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF PRIMGHAR
Notice is hereby given that in the council chambers in the City Hall, located at 160 S. Hayes Ave., Primghar, Iowa at 5:00 o’clock p.m. on the 12th day of January, 2022, the Council of the City of Primghar, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the above captioned matter pursuant to Section 368.7, Code of Iowa. At said public hearing, the City Council shall deliberate approval or disapproval of setting annexation and take note of public documents or other evidence and shall give any interested party to present evidence or comment orally or in writing. The City Council invites oral or written comments relative to the Application on or before the date as noted above. The legal descriptions of territories proposed for annexation are as follows:
