We’re excited to announce that the O’Brien County Economic Development Corporation moved to a new office on June 20, 2025! Our new location will be in the southwest office space above 610 Depot in Sanborn.
While we are enthusiastic about this new chapter, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the City of Primghar. Our office at Primghar’s City Hall has been a wonderful home for the past twenty years, and we are truly grateful for the partnership.
Please note, our new phone number will be 712-930-1313, although our current number will remain active for a short period during the transition. Rest assured, there will be no disruption to our services—we remain fully committed to supporting the economic vitality of O’Brien County throughout the move.
We’re looking forward to an even brighter future as we settle into our new space and continue working together for the growth of our region.
