Notice is hereby given that in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7:00 o’clock p.m. on the 2nd day of June, 2025, the Council of the City of Sutherland, Iowa, will hold a hearing to authorize the City of Sutherland to enter into a Contract with Double R Leasing, LLC and Convey Real Estate Owned by the City of Sutherland for the sum of One Dollar and no/100 ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, to wit:
Parcel M in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Seven (7), Township 94 North, Range 39 West of the 5th P.M., in the City of Sutherland, O’Brien County, Iowa, as shown on Play of Survey recorded as O’Brien County Recorder Instrument #2025-0950.
