Kids lined up for the treats the Easter Bunny brought on Saturday April 19 at the Primghar Community Building. Buckets and bags were checked for a Special Prize egg. About 30 kids found and egg that won that an extra gift.

A beautiful Saturday afternoon brought people out for the annual Easter Egg hunt. The hunt was held on the Court House grounds. It’s always great to find an egg, but oh! finding that Special Prize egg means something egg-tra special. All 90-ish kids got a treat bag and the Golden or larger egg earned a special gift. There were about 30 of the extra gifts won.
The Primghar Library provided coloring activity and treats waited at the Community Center where the Easter Bunny sat for pictures with the many kids who came. A Fire truck brought the Easter Bunny to the show. The Primghar Jaycees and the Primghar Fire Department, the Library and volunteers are responsible for the great time enjoyed by kids.
