Pursuant to the requirements of Article 22, Section 22 of the Paullina Zoning Ordinance the Paullina City Council will meet to consider a proposed rezoning request. The proposed rezoning is for a parcel of land lying in the Railroad Subdivision Parcel B & C in Lot 1 of Block 1, O’Brien County, Iowa, containing .3287 acres more or less. The Paullina City Council will conduct a public hearing on the proposed rezoning on March 15, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at the Paullina City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for the rezoning from G1 General Industrial to R-1 Single Family Residential for property owned by Candy and John Hahn. Written comments are accepted and should be addressed to Paullina City Clerk, P.O. Box 239 Paullina, IA 51046. All interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing.
